HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Domestic orders are dispatched daily via Australia Post. Shipping rates are displayed at the checkout.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

For Metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders please email [email protected] to arrange purchase. As international shipping varies, we will provide a personalised shipping quote.

PRICES
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10%.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, as once the order has been received and shipped it cannot be altered. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend the order.

RETURNS
We offer exchange or refund if goods are found to be faulty or damaged, but we kindly do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind.

Please contact [email protected] should a product be found to be faulty. In this case all products must be returned unused, and all original packaging and instruction manuals must be returned or an exchange/refund will not issued. We will refund your payment upon receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition.

Peach&Woods does not offer exchange or refund on sale or discounted items.

DAMAGE

We package our products to ensure safe delivery, however Peach&Woods is not responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit. No refunds or replacements will be given for goods missing or damaged in transit.
